Jason grew up in Southern California and spent his college years at Long Beach State University before joining the U.S. Marine Corps. As a professional golfer Jason hs traveled both nationally and internationally prior to returning to Orange County.

Jason is very active in his community. He has served on the board of directors of the Chamber of Commerce, International Dyslexia Association, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Rotary Club, where he was honored as Rotarian of the Year. In his spare time, Jason enjoys participating in coaching high school golf and playing in amateur golf tournaments.

Peter Cross grew up in Vancouver, Canada and Tasmania, Australia. Peter attended the University of Tasmania before serving in the Royal Australian Navy. Peter’s professional career and financial experience spans three countries. He’s traded on stock exchanges (TSX, AMEX) and has worked for multi-national financial companies in Australia, Canada and the United States, including Macquarie Bank, AXA Advisors and Canaccord Capital Corporation. He decided to take his financial knowledge and apply it to businesses biggest need for risk mitigation -- insurance.

Peter is an active participant in community programs, giving his time currently as President of the Ladera Rancho Chamber of Commerce and as a past board member of the LARMAC (Ladera Ranch Maintenance Corporation).
